When choosing a signature cocktail for your wedding or event remember less is more !!! during peak serving times (cocktail hour and after dinner) speed is of the essence choosing a complex cocktail can slow down serving time and create a long wait or line at the bar....but simple doesn't necessarily mean boring for instance take a favorite like the Cosmopolitan and add make a few adjustments to add some flare ....I created this signature Cosmo with pink cranberry and rimmed the glass with raw sugar ...Adding and creating small adjustments can make the cocktail appear fancier and more complex...And lets not forget the crowning glory a GREAT GARNISH it can make all the difference.
